It is suggested that you print out these instructions!
Look to the right hand side of the screen where it asks for your login information. In order to login the first time, you will need to go through a short process that will set up your new account on our new site. You will need to do these crazy steps only ONCE!
Below the big red "LOG IN" button, click on the words "Forgot login?" Do NOT click on "Sign up". A new screen will appear. Once there, you will need to click on the small box beside "Lost password". It will ask you for your username and email address. If you curled last year, your username is your first name followed by an underscore (on most keyboards, the underscore will be on the top row after the "0". You'll need to hit the shift key while hitting it) and then your last name. Example: ian_gowans . Fill in the email you wish to use for the Club. NO one can see that email address at the Club other than the administrators of the website. Now click on the blue button "Send password".
Ok, now go check your email. You should have received an email from the Club with a temporary crazy password. Don't worry, we will change that soon. Copy down or use your computer to copy that crazy password. Go back to our site and login using your username (eg ian_gowans) and your crazy password (eg 6jdl40dkw). If successful, you are now registered on the site and you are at the Members Home page!
Time to change that crazy password. Again look to the right. In the red Members Menu box, choose "My information". This is IMPORTANT information for both you and the Club. If things change during the year, it is important to update things here as necessary. You will need to make changes here NOW. Above the large box with your name in it, you should see the word "Edit". Click on that word and then click on "Update your profile". On the first tab, you can set a password YOU like. PLEASE make it at least 6 characters long and have a number in it. (eg curl2016 - but please pick something you will remember). Type the password again in the "Verify password" box. On this page, fill in your appropriate age category as well. You don't need to put in occupation. Do not on click on the blue "UPDATE" button yet! Back at the top, under "Edit Your Details", you will see other pages to fill in. Please make important additions to both the "Contact Info" and "Emergency Info" pages using the same methodology. Note: Entering phone numbers requires you to input them as something like 905-852-1234. You need the hyphens. Postal codes need to be typed with uppercase letters.
Leave all the other tabs alone as through the online registration process, several of those fields will get filled in automatically.
Now click on the blue "Update" button at the bottom of whatever page you are on.
Congratulations! If you've accomplished all that, you have provided us very important information about yourself and are now ready to register for your leagues. Now look to the right hand side of the screen and find "Members Home" in the red box. Click on the words "Members home".
Look to the top of the page (blue box) that loads and click on the link to the online registration application.
