A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs before the member’s first day of curling.
Once league play has begun a 60% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 6 weeks of curling.
No refund will be given after 6 weeks of play.
All requests for refunds must be made to the Membership Director in writing. Exceptional circumstances will be considered by a refund committee comprised of the President, the Membership Director, and the appropriate League Director. The decision of the committee will be clearly communicated to the member, and the Treasurer. The member may appeal the decision to the Board . The Board decision shall be final.
